Welcome to the Labor Relations and Professional Standards Department in the Business Services Division of the Hernando County School District. The Department is responsible for coordinating collective bargaining of contracts for all employees, serving as a resource to all departments concerning the interpretation of Florida Statutes, contracts and School Board Policy, administering the District's grievance and complaint procedures, conducting District investigations and coordinating the selection and training of district administrators.

Our team is available to assist you Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm in our offices located in the Hernando County Schools Public Support Complex. Please call our office if we may be of assistance.
